Lynette Cecil
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the service you provided. It created the ability to allow my mother (88 year old) to attend her grandson’s wedding on Saturday 5 April 2014. She is currently in a Nursing Home and was very sceptical about venturing out to attend the service.
Even greater thanks must go to your staff member, Greg, who attended the Nursing Home on the Thursday prior to the event. He placed her is a positive frame of mind about the trip and how important it was for her to attend the event. I genuinely believe that what he did to prepare my mother for the trip was critical in her attendance on the day.
During the event he was extremely helpful to mum in getting her prepared and taking her to the service area, which was at Observatory Hill, The Rocks. He even fixed her lipstick whilst we were waiting for the ceremony to commence.
Please pass on my many thanks to Greg for the ‘above the call of service’ in not only encouraging my mother to attend but the attention and kindness he paid to her during the day.
The service you, through Greg, provided us on the day made it a worry free event as far as my mother’s attendance went. I cannot thank you enough for the professionalism and warmth you provided my mother on the day.
I would appreciate if you would let Greg know my sentiments.
Regards

Greetings Lyn,
Thank you to you and both of your Gregs for the great service and assistance rendered to me recently when I needed medical treatment.
I really appreciate the care and consideration of you all, it took the anxiety away from travelling and was a pleasant experience, especially having dealt with taxis in the past.
It is also reassuring to have trained personnel in attendance, and in my case strong enough to handle a wheelchair with my heavy weight.
I have and will continue to recommend your company to anyone who needs your tye of assistance, and I trust I will be able to call on you again if I am in need.
Thank you again, and keep up the good work.
